Load balancing algorithms and job allocations are main research problems in areas of resource management of future internet. In this paper, we introduce a load balancing model for future internet. We formulate the static load balancing problem in the model proposed above as noncooperative game among users and cooperative game among processors. Based on this model, we derive a load balancing algorithm for computing center. Finally, we execute the algorithm presented in this paper with another three algorithms for comparison purpose. The advantages of our algorithm are better scalability to the model, improving system performance, and low cost on maintaining system information. Due to rapid development, Internet has become one of the most important infrastructures in information society.

A New Method of Scheduling Tasks in Cloud Computing

Metrics details. With the rapid increase of user access, load balancing in cloud data center has become an important factor affecting cluster stability. From the point of view of green scheduling, this paper proposed a virtual machine intelligent scheduling strategy based on machine learning algorithm to achieve load balancing of cloud data center. The experimental results showed that compared with other classical algorithms, the proposed virtual machine scheduling strategy reduces the number of virtual machine migration by Load balancing plays an important role in resource management of cloud data center. It can not only improve the resource utilization of servers and prevent servers from being overloaded, but also effectively reduce the migration frequency of virtual machines and avoid unnecessary waste of resources. At present, most load balancing strategies are optimized from the following aspects: load balancing strategy based on server CPU and memory resource utilization, load balancing migration strategy based on service-level agreement SLA , load balancing strategy based on network traffic prediction, load balancing strategy based on quality of service QoS , load balancing strategy based on service response time prediction, and load balancing strategy based on cloud storage.

Task scheduling and energy efficiency seem to be the necessary design requirements for current computing systems in recent years. It extends from single servers to data centers and clouds, as they consume large amounts of electrical power. For this reason, an effective energy management for cloud data centers is essential. At present, many researchers have focused and implemented biologically-based calculations as a desirable paradigm for addressing heterogeneity and the growth of energy crisis with skill and no added complications. Similarly, for our work, we selected biological behavior of Korean insects and chosen FFO-based migration method. The benchmark for choosing it is the rapid convergence and global optimization.
